REFUND POLICY

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with your DualHeat order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@dualheat.shop and we'll make it right.

How to start
Email support@dualheat.shop with your order number. If your item arrived damaged or isn't working, include a short photo or video.

Damaged, defective or not working
We'll send a free replacement. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll issue a full refund. You don't need to return the item.

Changed your mind
Within 14 days of delivery, you can return your order for a refund. Items must be in like-new condition and include the charging cable and original packing box. After we approve your request, we'll email return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We'll refund your original payment method within [3] business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to show it.

Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking hasn't moved or your order hasn't arrived 21 days after it ships, contact us and we'll investigate and replace or refund it.

1-Year Replacement Warranty
Manufacturing defects within 1 year of delivery are covered with a free replacement, including defects that appear after the 14-day guarantee window. Contact us with your order number and a photo or video. Damage from drops, water, misuse or modification isn't covered.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually resolve things faster.
